I base my work on my belief in people's innate and inner capacities to overcome ordeals and to grow, as well as on my belief in the power of a genuine and caring relationship.

For me, the counseling process is similar to a journey in the clients’ garden. During this journey, the client explores and (re)discovers their personal space, their garden. The role of the therapist is to hold the space, create safety and stand by the client's side as a guide. By using one’s inner-healing power and their capacity to grow, together, they weed, trim, sow, water and nurture the garden addressing the client’s unique needs.

I am an Associate MFT. To address the body, mind and spirit, I integrate my transpersonal and body-oriented training with cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused brief therapy modalities. I moved from Belgium twenty years ago and traveled a lot. I speak both French and Spanish fluently. I am particularly interested in clients struggling with adaptation, relationships, emotions and grief.
