AMFT #148488

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in Taiwanese, Mandarin, or English. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, ranging from practical, solution-focused methods to explorations of existential questions and unconscious patterns that impact your everyday life. When appropriate, I may incorporate creative and experiential techniques, like drama therapy and Developmental Transformations (DvT), to assist you in connecting with your emotions and bodily sensations and understanding your experiences. Being a queer, immigrant, and person of color, I understand the profound impact that language, culture, race, or/and identity can have on how each individual navigates the world. I value creating a space where these intersections are honored and explored, so you can feel seen and understood in your full complexity.

Life can be challenging, and there are moments when you may feel lost or fallen into an abyss. In those times, it's essential to have a supportive environment and time for reflection where you feel heard and validated. I am here to help you explore new perspectives and tap into your inner strength to find light and clarity.

I support clients dealing with challenges such as (but not limited to) stress, self-esteem, relational issues, life transitions, immigration struggles, racial and LGBTQ+ identity, grief, burnout, anxiety, intergenerational/personal trauma, and dream exploration.

My approach is multicultural-sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming, somatic, art-based, systemically informed, social justice-oriented, and deeply humanistic. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of healing and growth.

My future groups will be posted on my Instagram and Facebook. Feel free to follow @queerhealingsupport for updates.
