Our society and its needs are quite ungrounding to us as people. My therapeutic style deals with what we can do to get you back to a grounded state. We shall explore you and your life together as we uncover its needs, better understand it, see what we can learn from it and incorporate its teachings into your life. I work with adult clients of all backgrounds as individuals, couples or families. I am from India and have lived and worked in various parts of the world and cultures.
