Victoria Westbrook

MFT Trainee

My name is Victoria Westbrook. I am completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University. For many of us, admitting we need help is difficult.  I like to meet clients where they are and tailor my approach based on their specific needs and circumstances.  My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based, incorporating Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment that allows for authentic self-exploration. Working together, we will build on your inner resilience and wisdom while we address your challenges and identify pathways for increased well-being, self-awareness, personal growth, healing, and lasting change. I enjoy working with diverse clients - children, adults, couples, and families - facing depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, relationship issues, addiction, or other challenges causing distress and dysfunction. Know that with proper support, there is hope.
