Walker Bardsley
MFT Trainee
At some point we all struggle in life; it's normal to feel stuck and I trust that people have
what it takes to adjust. I believe everyone deserves a safe, secure space that is free of
judgment and is welcoming. Together we will explore the parts of yourself that seem
harder to navigate and over time, we can develop a new understanding of the internal
walls that keep you stuck and hold you back from growth.
From a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens, I will work collaboratively with you to
build an authentic therapeutic relationship. I offer a person-centered and integrative
approach to therapy, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities depending on your needs. I am bilingual in
Spanish and English and work with a variety of clients who are struggling with anxiety,
depression, trauma, and life changes. I am especially skilled in treating first
responders and their families. If you are ready for relief, I look forward to joining you on
your healing journey.
I have embarked on a transition from a three decade career in Government work,
studying at Palo Alto University as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
